Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
As our sabers are electronic products, each item undergoes inspection and quality testing before shipment to ensure all functions operate correctly before dispatch.
Processing times may be slightly extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Transit Time
Estimated shipping transit times after dispatch:
- United States: 5–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, shipping carriers, weather conditions, or peak delivery periods.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time includes both order processing/handling time and shipping transit time.
Example:

- Shipping Transit Time: 5–7 business days

Shipping Locations
Most orders are shipped directly from our United States warehouse to ensure faster delivery.
If an item is temporarily unavailable in our U.S. warehouse, it may be shipped from our manufacturing facility in China. Customers will be notified if additional shipping time is required.
Shipping Costs
- Free U.S. shipping on all orders over $99
- Orders under $99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $29.99
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
International Shipping & Customs
We offer international shipping to selected countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or import clearance fees required by their local customs authorities.
If a customer refuses customs clearance or fails to collect the package within the required timeframe:
- Return shipping fees may apply
- Re-shipping costs may be charged
- Refunds may be partially deducted
Destroyed, abandoned, or confiscated packages caused by customs issues may not qualify for a full refund.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please:
