Shipping Time
We strive to deliver orders within 5 to 7 working days of order placement. As each saber is an electronic product, we thoroughly test it to ensure all functionalities work perfectly before shipping.
Where We Ship From
Most orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse to ensure fast and reliable delivery. In cases where an item is temporarily out of stock in the U.S., it may be shipped from our manufacturing center in China. We will notify you if this causes a delay.
Delivery Time
Premium Xenopixel V3, Proffie, and their XRGB variants are usually delivered within 5 to 7 days.
Order delays may occur during the sale season.
If your product is not delivered, but the tracking shows “Delivered,” please check your nearest post office. Sometimes, they may hold the parcel or drop it at your door.
Shipping Cost
Enjoy free shipping within the United States on all orders of $99 or more. For orders under $99, a flat shipping fee of $29.99 will apply.
Customs Clearance
For international orders, customers are responsible for customs charges. If you fail to clear the parcel within the specified time, return fees will apply, and the reissue cost or refund will be deducted. If the parcel is destroyed, the customer will bear the loss. A 50% deduction of the total amount applies in such cases.
Product Not Arrived
If your order has not arrived within the specified time and tracking shows no progress for over 10 days, email us at info@nexasabers.com , and we will ensure the order reaches you.
Missing Item Policy
If anything is missing from your package, please inform us within 10 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims for missing items after this period. Please email us at info@nexasabers.com
