Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or malfunctioning, please notify us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Depending on the issue, we may offer:

  • Replacement parts
  • Product replacement
  • Full or partial refund

If replacement parts are refused, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to our mistake:

  • We will cover return shipping costs
  • We will send the correct item or issue a full refund

Customer Change of Mind

If you no longer want the product or wish to exchange it:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–15 business days to appear in your account.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.


Missing Items

If your package is missing any items, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
